The world of Fallen Elements is divided into 4 sections, there is a river through each and wood encompasses all of the tribes.
There are also little pockets of other seasons in each of the tribes, about 10 cat lengths wide, only ones that precede or proceed it.
The weather there is not affected, in either way.
So it will be warmer in a Vesna patch in Zima, but it will not snow there nor will it rain in that patch.
There can be:
Zima and Leta in Vesna
Vesna and Aussinya in Leta
Leta and Zima in Aussinya
Aussinya and Vesna in Zima
There cannot be:
Leta in Zima
Zima in Leta
Aussinya in Vesna
Vesna in Aussinya.
Each tribe has its own genetics that suit each cat best to their tribe.
In Vesna, it is always spring. The flowers are in full bloom, the trees budding, etc. It rains and fogs often, and is seldom very warm. Cats often have medium thick fur that is waterproof. Their main diet is fish and small prey.
In Leta, it is always summer. The trees are always green, flowers are blooming, and it is usually hot. It is sunny very often, and it thunders every once in a while. The cats there have thin coats, and the main diet is woodland creatures.
In Aussinya, leaves are turning orange, red and brown. There are many fallen leaves, and the cats here have to be silent to catch their prey. It is often windy and cloudy, thus the tribe has medium thick fur that is wind resistant. They are good tree climbers, and often eat birds and other woodland creatures, hunting just like birds of prey. Except without flying.
In Zima, it is always winter. The trees are usually frosted over, and little cover is found. It is very cold, with snow covering the ground at all times. Here, woodland creatures are tough but meaty, and the river runs year round. Deer also live in some sheltered spots. The cats have a very thick but easily managed coat that does not get tangled easily. They are usually shades of whites, greys, seal points, and light colors.
Characteristics:
Vesna:
Medium thick coat- waterproof.
Light and agile.
Dappled/tabby colors.
Fish and small prey.
Leta:
Thin coat.
Fast and clever.
Medium-dark colors. No light colors, but golds are accepted.
Woodland creatures, not limited to birds, mice and the such. The occasional deer.
Aussinya:
Medium thick coat - wind resistant.
Quick and silent.
Blacks, browns, oranges and such colors.
Birds and typical bird prey.
Zima:
Thick coat - not tangling.
Strong and lithe.
Greys, whites and light colors.
Deer, fish and any available prey. Nothing is wasted.
(Shall post pictures eventually, after I finish making them!)
